Credit card payment

<p>Today I went to the bank to apply for a home loan and the system decline me because of standard bank not updating the itc records they say the last payment I have made was in December 2016 I have been paying this account every month in January I payed R15000 same month R1200 February R1200 and end of March R5000 so how can I be in arrears please can you update my itc before I go to the ombudsman of banker's for help </p>
