Credit Card Paid Up in 2014 and still reflecting on my Credit Report??!!!!!

<p>I had a Blue Bean credit card that was paid up in 2014. After requesting a loan now I see that the very same paid up credit card is reflecting on my report. I have not used that credit card in over 2 and half years so why is it reflecting on my profile??? The credit card was paid up due to a lawyers letter sent by your legal department to me.</p> <p>I want this removed from my report / record ASAP. This is unacceptable!!!!!</p>
