Credit Card paid up and account closed but ITC not updated!!!!

<p>Standard Bank has done it again. Credit Card was paid up and account closed more than 5 montha ago but ITC not updated. Balance on credit card still R15 388,00. Do we honestly have to beg for records to be updated or is it the banks job to update the record as soon as the payment is received. I am 100% if account was in ARREARS the update was going to be done promptly. Standard Bank is just on another level of bad service comprimising the client financial future!!!</p>
