Credit card paid off

good day, <br> <br> I paid off my credit card on the 3rd of October 2015.<br> <br> I have been trying to have standard bank acknowledge and confirm payment but they have not. They have not updated BUEARU <br> <br> this is my second compliant about this but they have done nothing about it. <br> <br> I have even been promised a letter of confirmation for payment of this debt but nothing has happened I have spoken to numerous people but they have been of no help. I am forever explaining myself each and everyday. <br> <br> The service here is quite poor.
