Credit card ordered on app.... For months

When I check my app, it shows my credit card (no ***) has been ordered. But this is where it stays for a long time now. When I click card progress, it says creating card. And there it stays. What is going om with that card? When trying to apply for another credit card I get a mail saying "you already have a credit card account" My ID number is ***. Please check what exactly is going on on my account please and sort ot out.
