Credit Card opened by ROBOT!!!!!
In January 2022 Standard Bank sent a message to my phone saying that my account is now overdue. I don't have an account with them. I sent a mail, to which they rep**** that it is an IT glitch and it opened up a old credit card of mine and it remains closed. Well ever since January up until now, this STD bank ROBOT is calling me on my phone and my voicemail has up to 20 messages from STD bank only saying my account is overdue. I have sent 3 emails to follow up. I am not going to waste my airtime calling you to rectify your mistake. PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT and please STOP calling me from your ROBOT...!!!!!! Its irritating.
