Credit card not updated on itc, double charge Insu

I paid my credit card in full, and i am still not updated on credit breau as paid up, I cannot obtain a postive report from Credit breau, beacause standard bank doesnot do their job, you cannot help me with vechile finace and yet you hold me back from other institutes that want to help, by not updating paid up accounts, I want my credit card to reflect Zero balance today, <br> <br> I also have a major problem with standard bank double charging me for Insurance, this is not my fault, i want my money back into my account today<br> Your insurance and ITC Depatments need to work overtime i dont care, i want my issues solved today
