Credit Card not reported correctly on Experian credit bureau

I contacted Standard Bank Complaint Resolution center to try and resolve an issue that I have with a closed credit card account. There is no response whatsoever, I guess they are only responsive when you air the issues on social media. Can you please fix the reporting issue of my credit card on credit bureau.
