credit card limits increase, disapeared

you called me about 3 weeks ago<br> i got a call form your marketing department about 3 weeks ago , as you limits department has now told me that this isnt standard bank, its an external marketing company.<br> they asked me a few questions regarding acredit limit increase and to date nothing has taken place.<br> i called afew times and am now fedup.<br> on friday the 26th i was told that i should score an application with yourl again and i must send me payslips to an email address. i now get an email to email my bank statements too, about 10 minutes ago.<br> how incompetant. i can give ul my requirement but stop changing uls minds everytime i call. in my opinion, this has been too much time wasted , i fact i never asked to be called to start this process in the first place. im rather infuriated with your bank right now and need answers today or as soon as possible.
