Credit Card Limit issue!No help...

Dear Sir/Madam<br> I am a loyal Standard bank credit card customer and I have investment account with you.<br> i have done all my cc payments on time as it suppose to be.<br> Last year some time Standard Bank Credit Card Limit Department Called me and they said i am qualify to increase my C.C limit from to R8000 to R13.000.So i agree and they have asked me couple of question and Lady on the phone said Congratulations Sir!!! You are qualify to get card limit increase for your credit card...So far i didn't get any limit increase on my side.I have called couple of times call center but NO LUCK! <br> Sound is like nobody knows anything about it. Best thing they have done to me is advised me to WAIT...<br> So why did you call me for increase?If i am qualify WHEN WILL I GET MY INCREASE?If not can someone tell me WHY?Call center is hopeless so Can somebody else answer me please?Almost two months no answer.
