Credit Card Limit Decrease Impossible at Standard Bank

Trying to reduce Credit Card limit at Standard Bank is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been put through to different department 5 times. Every time I explain I want to REDUCE my limit, I am told that I need to speak to someone in another department. Increasing it takes you 10 Seconds on the Standard Bank App, but good luck trying to reduce it. They do this on purpose to push the consumer deeper and deeper into debt. As I am typing this, I am waiting for the complains department, and of course, NO ANSWER.
