Credit card Interest rates

Dear Sir / Madam,<br> <br> I have opened the credit card via standard bank call center. the consultant told me that my interest rates per annum will be 9.25%. I still have not received my credit card. apparently the interest is 18% and that's not what we have agreed when did the application. can you please verify this for me as I do not know what is happening.<br> <br> Responsible person : Crystal Jansen [Email Removed]
