Credit Card funds havent appeared in Cheque after transfer(3 days ago) and Credit Card shows R0 when i actually have available funds

Simple THEE worst experience since,I'v been banking with them.I transferred funds from my credit card to my cheque on Sunday and it still havent reflected in my account.i called on Mon and I was told to wait 24hrs,i called again yesterday and was asked to wait a further 24 hrs,for the funds to clear.It Wed now and i still dont see the funds in my account.Imagine if i so desperately needed those funds since Mon and to add insult to injury ,my credit reflects 0 when there is actually an amount available.This is pathetic,sickening and quite frankly disgusting.What type of bank withholds available funds to a customer for 3 days???
