Credit card *****

I have been paying a standard bank credit card for months without touching the account. When i check only to find that there is only a balance of less than R1500. the consultants at the branch asked me ********** questions(who did i give my card to and is there anyone using my account). they also said the re-payment towards the account is R1(One rand) how is this even possible. they are clearly protecting the bank as they were even scared to tell me what is happening on this account. i don't even have a statement. please investigate and refund me all the money that i have paid towards the account that no one can explain what happened. they even stopped debiting my account for two months without my authorization, i want them to write this off as i did not ask them to stop any debit orders. i have a contract that requires a debit order and they failed to honor
