credit card *****

My credit card showed an amount of R800 for purchases made. I did not recall making such a purchase and queried it with std bank ***** department. I was told the card was used in Sommerset West. I had to lodge a complaint and the card was stopped. The new card came and had a faulty chip so I had to wait another week for a replacement. Today two weeks later I was called by a std bank representative and told that the payment was actually made in Boksburg. The original card and pin was used. I have never been to Boksburg and the card is always with me. It is now up to me to get evidence and make a case at the police station.!!!! Really do they even know where the payment was made? I have never had such bad service at any other bank
