Credit Card Facility Unusable

I have this credit card for 15years since the days of Edgars, Bluebean and now Standard Bank.

I have always kept my payments up to date, I pay 4x times more than the minimum repayment required.

But, I have not had a card for this facility the past few years. I tried calling in the past to arrange for one, but it seems a daunting process.

Can someone from Standard Bank Credit Card division call me to arrange a delivery of the card, or should I rather consider closing the account?
