Credit Card Division
If standard bank ever say that they are protecting the public from covid, it's a lie. Had to stand 1 hour in a queue to collect my credit card, when card division could have delivered to my house. What a useless bunch. No wonder all the 56 branches had to close as the staff are totally ***********. If you have a choice NEVER go to Festive Mall branch. Offered my services to re educate the staff don't know if that will ever happen.
