Credit Card Division

Hi there, what terrible service i received from Standard Bank credit card devision, my credit card expired last year November 2022,Standard bank of course notified me that my new credit card will be available for collection at my nearest branch, until today there's been no notification, but they still have the audacity to charge me for card fees etc. I have sent numerous emails, still nothing. That is so unacceptable.
