Credit card department decapacitation
Standard bank aims to providing the best possible service to customers however I'm kinda confused with the service I get from third party of standard bank credit cards consultants... It leave me with a question mark on how can standard bank involve third party on our contract without let me know? Above them all the third forcedly want my personal details on a call? It this the possible service you preach or I'm one of undermined customer?
I'll let the audience know more about your third party's attitude... I have felt like an Grade R learner who repeat the same info on three different consultants within 20 minutes...
