Credit card delivered at incorrect branch

<p>I was contacted by VDS on behalf of standard bank for a new card as the current was to expire. I advised the nearest Branch as protea Gardens, I received the sms that confirms the same, refer to your own records. On Saturday 16/07 went to collect asked the lady in front to check she said I must gop qeue as I received the sms she is busy, after the long qeue the consultant tells me the card transferred to maponya as per my request I can go there and qeue again she doesnt care and not interested, its none on her business , its as per my instruction and she has better things to do with her time. So now its either you deliver the card to me or cancel I am nt going to tolerate this second hand service</p>
