Credit card declined and system says ITC not clean---While its Clean

<p>I went to apply for a credit card and been decline they says my ITC not clean, a consulted requested an Itc scoring , and the ItC she's am clean as I know my self. , very disappointed in how the system works. I really love standard bank but this is very poor services from them</p>
