Credit card declined after being approved
Good day,
I made a Standard bank credit card online application and i was provisionally approved with a Credit limit of R60 000, i submitted all requested documents and the agent called me the next day to verify and informed me that i will receive the card in 7 days and i need to collect it as the branch agreed.
Today i just received an sms telling me my application was declined.
The Standard bank service is ridiculous to think i was going to leave my bank and switch to Standard bank Titanium.
How on earth do you decline a person after telling them they are approved.
