Credit Card Debit order bounced back

I have a credit card with Standard bank, payments are made by Debit order with a set date of the 23rd of the month as this is my payday. In April 2015 (notes should be on the system) I got sms's advising that the CC payment was due, I knew this as it was approaching my payday, I found this strange as I have never before received this notification. On the 22/04/2015 a debit order deduction was done by Standard bank which of course rejected as this was a DAY before my payday and stipulated deduction date. I then called into the call centre and spoke to a Leslie, he could not assist, he just kept insisting that he will change the debit order date to the 23rd, the more I explained that this is was not the issue, my issue was that someone changed the date and as a result I have now suffered a deduction of R115 for bank charges. further to this I received a call from debt collectors (o the joy) asking when payment will be due, this after I spoke to Joyce (who was very helpful) and arranged to have a once off debit order done. Joyce also logged a call regarding the R115 as I said that I want to be reimbursed as the rejection was not due to any of my doing. Pls contact me to further my cmp
