credit card closure

I paid an amount of r25000 into my credit card account and notify standard bank to close my account, I only fount out after closing the account that standard bank has to give me r2344.35 back, from the 07/04/2015 to date I am still waiting for my account to be credited, I do not know what the problem is but I need this to be resolved a.s.a.p.
