Credit card ,cash finance charges

Unfortunately, branch cannot seem to know or explain to me and no joy in having my fees reduced. Monthly installment charges ON MY CREDIT CARD account balance doesn't drop at all, I PAY monthly about R1400 on a 60 000, and my outstanding balance is about R47 000, and it's been sitting at that for months, instant R700 gets taken by this cash finance charges that not even their staff can explain even though i pay the monthly fees. So, unless I win the lottery to pay my Credit Card or die can I have a zero balance. I'm also not denying that I did use my credit card but it's very difficult to pay it up when the balance doesn't reduce. why is balance doesn't even drop?. I own credit cards before but these charges from standard bank are *****ulent and it's disgusting how your money gets eaten in this manner.
