Credit Card Cancellation and *****!
I cancelled my credit card in Jan 2017 and this was the last time I got a Statement from them. I got an SMS this month stating that I have not paid my account and have been handed over to the Legal Department. I then found out that my card was not cancelled and a ********** transaction had been made on my Card. Two Years after closing the account? How is this possable?

Well Guess What!! It wasn't....
So after all this I am still getting phone calls (3 a day) about this account that it is STILL open and has now has a balance of R1000 odd owing on it.. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK OVER THERE????????? DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON?????
Well Guess What!! It wasn't....
So after all this I am still getting phone calls (3 a day) about this account that it is STILL open and has now has a balance of R1000 odd owing on it.. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK OVER THERE????????? DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON?????
