Credit card blocked without notice and no assistance

Last week thursday 30 May 2019. I went to the standard bank branch in Pretoria North to increase my credit card limit. On friday 31 May 2019 the limit increase was approved. But when i went to a shop to buy things my credit card declined. I used my internet banking to find out what could be the problem only for me to discover that my Credit Card has been blocked. I called the call centre for assistance but didnt receive any help. On monday i went back to the Pretoria North branch to see if i can get assisstance there. Since then i have been adviced to wait for someone from the ***** department to Call me. Today is Tuesday 4 June 2019 my credit card is still blocked and no one from the ***** depart has contacted me to give me feed me or let alone tell me the reason why my card is blocked. This is really frustrating me as i really need the funds in my credit card.
