Credit Card blocked for arrears of R60

Unbelievably, my credit card was blocked while travelling on business because of an arrears payment of sixty Rand. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and all my accounts have been up-to-date. It seems \THE SYSTEM"is unable to make intelligent decisions on customer loyalty or risk. R60 arrears on a credit card with facilities in excess of R60 000!! Well done standard bank. You have done yourselves proud. Even more so since I was told I would have to pay the R60 before the block would be lifted. Double thumbs up. You are on the right road to customer retention. """
