Credit card blocked

After a voluntary request to terminate debt counselling way back in around April 2014, my credit card which was up to date is still reflecting as being under devt review. In Decenber 2014, I attempted using the card and the transaction went through, however a few days later no transactions went through. I thought I had acess to use the account as it is still a valid account which reflect on my credit profile. I need someone to call me and confirm what is going on and really advise on the what is the way forward, <br> <br> According to the branch offices that i visited the account is still active.
