Credit Card Block to be lifted

Good day,<br> <br> Can someone please assist me regarding a block that need to be lifted on my credit card.<br> <br> On Saturday 02.04.2016 I was on the line for nearly TWO HOURS, going back and forth from the Collections Department to the Insurance Brokers Department, still with no results.<br> <br> I have been at the Standard Bank branch at N1 City a week ago, where Veronica Hendricks faxed all my documents to Katlego Sekati in order for him to lift the block on my credit card.<br> I still have not heard anything from anyone, and the blcok has till not been lifted, and my phonecall to Standard Bank was handled very unprofessionally.<br> <br> I am so frustrated, I need to make payments to this account otherwise my credit score will reflect badly, and yet no one can help me.<br> <br> Can the right department please contact me and assist me regarding this matter.<br> <br> Credit Card No: ***
