I app**** for a re-instatement on my credit card ,Elsie assisted me ,the first time the documents were filled out abit light due to the colour of the ink,Elsie didn't waste any time and contacted me straight away ,she then submitted the documents and kept me updated all the way,the whole process was complete under a week,im really impressed by her service and great attitudes towards customers,its staff members like her that we continue banking with Standard Bank.
