Credit Card Approved. Still no card!!!!

My name is Thabiso Tshimong and at the end of January/beginning of February I app**** for a credit card at the Standard Bank (Protea Glen Mall). The application was approved in good order and I was then told that the card would be delivered in 7-10 working days.<br> After the specified time had passed, I then went back to the bank in the hopes of collecting my card and was told that the card had been delivered at the wrong branch (Protea Gardens) but that the branch would be contacted in order to send the card to the correct branch where I would then need to collect it. Days passed and nothing happened.<br> Weeks have now passed and I still have no card. I went back again today and have had to que in long lines at each event and still don't have my card!<br> The service I have received is appaling especially considering that I have been a loyal Standard Bank client for many years now. No one bothers to contact me with feedback regarding the matter. I am always expected to do the follow ups even though I'm not the one in the wrong. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!! I AM NOW BEYOND FRUSTRATED AND WOULD LIKE URGENT FEEDBACK ON THE MATTER!
