Credit card application sabotage

I went to the main branch to apply for a credit card ,I was told to bring a comfort letter from my HR department offwhich I did.the consultant told me i must have atleast R2 000 in my account before payday,she sabotaged my application saying i do not have sufficient funds in my account offwhich i have an access save with them which reflects they are funds in it.she told me i have low scoring points when i know my BRI is at 6.standard bank please help me out here im in really need of funds.
