credit card application non existant
Hi,

On Saturday the 4th of July, I went to Standard Bank for a credit card, was told I cannot apply unless I have a letter from my employer confirming my employment (I am British, here on a work visa)

I went back on Saturday the 11th, around 9am, and was seated with a man named Lucky. He told me I could not get an immediate approval on the system and must do a manual applicaiton because I am foreign and he must check with the creditors about my visa status. This was fine with me, we did the application, I gave him all documents required. He said by Tuesday the 14th I will know about the decision, and if he requires more information, he will have someone come to my work where I could sign additional documentation if need be.

It's the 29th, and I've heard nothing, I called the call centre today and was told no credit card application has been made. I then spoke to Faith Jezile call reference *** who said she would send a mail to Lucky to get him to contact me. I am really upset, check your CCTV, you will see me there on that date.

Please contact me via EMAIL as my cell doesn't work, or call me on my work telephone number (all provided on the application form)

Thanks
