Credit Card application late

I visited Standard Bank Pretoria west end(Quagga) to apply for a credit card on the 8 October 2015. I waited for an hour before getting assistance. I qualified and everything was approved and I was told it takes five to seven working days for my card to be delivered. I then called Standard bank Customer care on the 16th of October and I was informed that my application was not processed AND NOTHING APPEARED ON THE SYSTEM. I contacted the branch but they did not answer their phones.Some of the tagline which is on the standard bank website is that the card will be delivered to you within 5 days which is untrue.<br> <br> I also completed forms to apply for a prestige card in June 2015, even today ,I am still waiting...<br>
