Credit Card Application

Hello Peter. It's Annalie. my complaint was about the application for an credit card how was approved by Standard Bank and after all the phone calls and emails for the credit card and waiting 5 to 7 days for my card and never received it, after 3 weeks it's suddenly not approved. I switch to an other bank with an credit card and asked them to close my account they phone my now again for a credit card for so big amount. So I told the guy way now and again. It pathetic form Standard Bank to do this as customer service
