Credit Card Application
Received a call from one of your agents on June 7 2019 who convinced me to get a Standard Bank credit card. We did a telephonic application and I was approved. He further advised that I would receive an SMS informing me to collect my credit card after 7 working days at a Standard Bank branch in Cresta. Today is the 24th and I have not heard anything from anyone. Followed up today the 24th June, there seems to be no trace of my application. Can someone please give me feedback? I am supposed to be a new client of Standard Bank but with this kind of service? I look forward to hearing from you.
