Credit Card Application

I have app**** for my Standard Bank Credit Card in August already. Only after numerous email I finally got in contact with Vonani who eventually phoned me and also informed and congratulated me that my Card has been approved. After a week has passed I asked Vonani what is going on on which he said I have to go into the bank to supply them with my FICA documents, this after all documents were sent to Vonani. So last week Friday I went to the bank, stood in the line for nearly an hour to give my FICA documents, to which I was able to see on the system that it was already showing. Never the less I informed Vonani that I have been to the bank and he should let me know how long it will take for me to get my card. After no answer again I followed up and he said that Vuyo is assisting at the bank. So I waited just to get the call today from Vonani that I should perhaps open a Savings account to get my credit card. Why should I endure more costs to get my credit card after I have approved. This is shocking and I am going to take it much further than this, as I told Vonani he should get a manager to contact me and still nothing. I think Standard Bank's service is the worst! FA!
