Credit card

I am very disappointed with standard bank vosloorus branch I app**** for a credit card on the 28 June assisted by the lady called siponono masina she advised me that it's gonna take 5-7 working days I went to the bank today on the 19July to collect my card I was told that the is no credit card application placed they told me to call credit card department the kept on transferring me from one department to the other the last agent transfered me to s closed department which is sales one of the agent told me that am gonna get a call back after ,15 minutes even now the is no call I had to wait on long queues to place another application standard bank do something with the consultant and the agents on the credit card department cz you service is very poor how can you play with the client like that I have been a loyal customer for close to 10 years now but you don't treat us as client instead you make us run around like headless chickens
