Credit Card

I was called last week Monday 01/06/2015 and went through the application with Dayleen ***** who was very friendly & helpful. I then received an sms on the 04/06/2014 that the credit card has been approved & will be delivered to the branch for me to collect as i opted. Ever since i have been calling to find out if the card has been delivered....i told they cant even pick up the credit card under my profile....since last week Thursday all i get is escalation after escalation after escalation yet NO FEEDBACK!!!!
