Credit card

I have not heard anything from standard bank since they responded to hello peter not me and they said they will contact me immediately. I am not happy with standard bank. i went to the bank and i was not assisted and i was told that the credit department they don't work on weekends.. All i want from them is not to link my credit card with my standard bank account because it paid off and i dont even own the card, standard bank blocked my credit card after i payed it off two years later. If I cant be helped at the branch and the consultants are forever missing, where must we go for help.Its been two weeks now trying to get get help but i am still waiting
