Credit Bureaux listing

I was on DebtReview and have paid up my accounts which I had and submitted letters showing such. I have since checked my status on credit Bureau and discovered that acoounts which I had paid up in Oct 2014 are still listed there which causes an adverse in my credit record. I have contatced Standard Bank since begining of March 2015 whcn I noticed this. I was advised via e-mail on 10 April that this was updated accordingly. after numerous attempt to get this sorted out, I still have not had joy with this Bank. I need help, because it is unfair to be recorded as a bad payer when in actual fact you have paid up accounts and have proof in that regard. I am seriously stressed by this and i am even considering switching my mortgage and vehicle to another bank. I do not know how to deal with this bank anymore. The person who has been assistsing me is Vinoda Pillay. I need my name to be cleared on the credit bureaux with immediate effect. I will seek further advise from ombudsman going forward as it is tough to get any positive feedback from this bank. I am VERY disappointed with the service I have been receiving with this BANK
