Credit bureaus not being updated
Last month I raised a complaint for Std Bank not regularly updating my credit bureaus payments and through Joseph Witticker who assisted me that was sorted. Again the debit order went on the 26th of June and today all credit bureaus STILL not updated. I find this very frustrating as I don't understand why the payments that I make are not automatically being updated. It seems that I have to complaint after every debit that went through which is really not right
