Credit Bureau updates

No one to attend to THEIR emails but this platform always got someone to answer WOW. Wrote several emails with no response to ***

I currently owe on standard bank credit card which is sold to MBD attorneys and it is listed on credit bureaus. Made an arrangements with MBD to pay certain amount monthly But Standard bank are not updating the amount on credit bureaus. According to CREDIT BUREAU ASSOCIATIONS they should update on monthly basis but no one cares and MBD said only standard bank can update but no response from their emails.
