Credit bureau status

I m very frustrated and disappointed with standard bank i had revolving loan which I fully paid it last year July, on October and I was harrised Nimbleattorney that I didn't pay the account in full even on my credit record it showed that I have an account in areas then on November they closed the account on standard bank side after 100 calls from Nimble looking for the monies but since then on my credit status it shows the account is in areas So last month I wrote to personal recoveries and I got the response stating they updated my credit status with credit bureau but now this month it's shows that the account still active and in areas this is tiring process
