credict card app**** for not same money contract

Please kindly assist , On the 04/09/2015 I went to standard bank in Phumulani mall Thembisa, i app**** for credict card of RX which also started on the contract documents that i signed with Bank. IT happens that few days later i collected the credict card thoughts the amount inside is RX, WITHOUT CHECKING I DECIDED to use the money as per my expectations or quotations.<br> <br> on Monday the 15/09/2015 I visited ATM to withdraw the balance from what i used, it happens there is insufficient funds but i thought that there is R3000 balance from what i used from Rx.Then i went to the branch to enquire, the consultant knew what was happening but told they will fix, tommorow they will call with update.the following day they told me the system shows Rx, but they will check why i did not get it in the credict card.<br> <br> Today I went there, the agent try to tell me that they are busy with investigation but her body language state other things.<br> I tried to ask how come, because on the contract its written Rx, where i receive the shortfall of R3000?<br> I tried to ask more clarity but they told me is the problem of computer system?<br> <br> Later Today i receive a call says i owe interest.<br> <br> kindly assist <br>
