Creating expectations

<p>On the 23 May 2016 at 12.00 I was called offering me a credit limit increase.They then approved an amount and I was told it will loaded in a few days where they would call me .To date I have recived no call or limit increase.This has really created an expectation.I have called and no one seems to can assist as they saying it was the marketing department.I would like my increase in limit as soon as possible please. </p>
