****py instant money service
Received standard bank instant money voucher and I went to the ATM to withdraw and it gave me an error and no money came out. Tried again and it said voucher has already been used but I got no money. Called standard bank instant money and was given lame excuses and told the funds were cashed out at exactly the same time I was at the ATM but I got no money. This is really frustrating because no one could give me a straight answer after holding twice for more than 20 minutes. This is just horrible service and they don't resolve customer issues. I'm frustrated cos I need that money today!

02 Apr 2019, 11:27I'm waiting for them to call me and hopefully they won't be telling me to go open a case like your previous agent because that won't bring back the money. After yesterday's debacle with a client who drove into your standard bank branch you really can't afford anymore bad publicity.
