**** service and incompetance

it has taken 3 months to repair our car car which was not done properly as they say they will not cover parts of the claim like the cars fuel pipes after a fight this morning they agreed to cover the fuel pipes and i thought all was well. After speaking to the panel beater they are not replacing the damaged fuel pipes but just the clips holding the fuel pipes. our hire car has to now go back tomorrow and we have to sit with out a car to fetch the kids from school so now i have to do it so i am going to loose money from work and my wife will loose money as she now cannot work.
