CR CARD UPGRADE DRAMA

Std Bank phnd me offering me an upgrade on my card only for them to create me a new card number and then leave a small balance behind. I have received calls from their collections debt to laywers to threatening messages and letters about legal action. I hev phnd Std bank who promised to sort it out only for me to get a much nastier letter.I have called again and wrote to Std bank but I hev not received a single call back and the debt is still there. yet I pay my card on time and more than what is due. I refuse to pay anything over their own incompetence. they are giving me a bad record over their own admin issues. And all I get is messages after another almost every 2nd day requesting this \little\" money out of me. I am very disappointed and unhappy about Std Bank CR card division. 1st I was complimented for paying my account well the next I'm going to be taken legal action... what the hell"
